Large Green Lentils โ primarily the Laird variety โ are the most widely exported green lentil from Canada. Developed at the University of Saskatchewan, Laird lentils are 6.0โ7.0mm in diameter with a green seed coat and yellow cotyledon. Preferred in Europe and Latin America.
